Parking

Parking is available on the street, in the designated off street parking spots or the 3 public parking lots - on Granada between El Camino Real and Ola Vista.

Street sweeping - 2nd & 4th Wednesday (other side) & Thursday (studio side). Be careful where you park on these days!! You will get a parking citation!!

Children and Yoga

At Asana Fit the minimum age requirement is 12 years old with a signature from an adult. At this age their joints are developed enough and will not affect their growth. Hot Yoga especially should not be performed any earlier than 12 years old.
